General Manager, Quick Quack Car Wash, Earn Up To $100,000 a year!

We’re looking for a dynamic, results‑oriented leader who thrives on the challenge of running their own shop. The General Manager will be responsible for sales, hiring, training, leading, managing full P&L, and most importantly, changing lives for the better.

Base salary range: $18,000 - $88,000 annually, with potential for monthly bonuses and total earnings up to $100,000.

• Provide customers a positive experience worth talking about.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through meetings and training.
• Handle discipline and termination of team members as needed in accordance with policy.
• Train and develop team members in all aspects of the Quick Quack Car Wash business.
• Oversee productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of all team members.
• Monitor location financials performance; contribute toward reaching financial goals.
• Prepare and handle daily cash deposits.
• Order, stock, and maintain merchandise and inventory for the location.
• Handle vehicle damage claims with a sense of urgency.
• Ensure location is clean and well‑maintained; perform and delegate general housekeeping.
• Assist customers in locating products, resolving complaints, or directing them to other departments.
• Use membership approach when interacting with new customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Record of developing team members and leaders.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven leader.
• Record of driving results (revenue, EBITDA, etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience leading a membership model (preferred).
• Experience managing a preventative maintenance program or similar (preferred).
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately.
• Ability to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to smile and maintain a clean appearance as per dress and grooming standards.
• At least 2 years responsible for results of a high‑performing store/location/company.
• Experience hiring the right team members.
• Experience training and mentoring team members.
• Experience managing costs, expenses, and scheduling.
• Ensure product and location represent company standards on site at all times.
• Familiarity with profit and loss statements.
• Retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prolonged periods standing and working on cash register or related equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Valid driver’s license.
