As the General Manager you will be responsible for the total operations of our regional center. You will lead a team of professionals and, from an operational standpoint, ensure excellence in work performed—including fire and water mitigation, cleaning and pack‑out of contents, construction rebuilds, and put‑backs. You will have full P&L responsibilities, ensuring all metrics are met from full‑cycle cash flow to variable and fixed costs.

You will also handle staffing, training, and all basic HR functions.

To succeed in this role you must have experience leading a diverse team of employees and generating over $20M in revenue annually. Success leading a consumer‑focused sales or operation team is also critical. Industry‑specific experience is not required, but you must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and drive career competency expansion. We look for people with high energy, the ability to energize others, and the capacity to execute multiple plans simultaneously.

You will receive a base salary along with an unlimited opportunity for quarterly bonuses based solely on the profitability of your region. Compensation will vary by experience level and can be discussed during the first interview.
