Your Next OpportunityThe Tools and Equipment Coordinator is responsible for tracking all tools and equipment.
What You’ll Do- Track and maintain logbook for tool related items
- Track and maintain logbook for all equipment related items
- Responsible for all tool and equipment maintenance and ensure they are in working order
- Order and rent tools
- Communicate any problem issues with management
- Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to keep tools and equipment operating
- The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work; other duties may be assigned as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Combination of education, training, and relevant experience
- Knowledge of all tool and equipment safety rules and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient understanding of project requirements and need to deliver tools on time and in working order to maintain schedule
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.);
Oracle preferred - Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
- Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
- Oral and written communication skills
- Self‑motivated, proactive and an effective team player
- Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, vendors, clients, and others
- General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending; conducted primarily indoors with fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
- Noise level usually low to medium; can be loud on the job site
- Fully comply with the ADA and applicable state law; reasonable accommodations may be provided
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs

Salary Range: $25.75 - $34.00/Hr
