HVAC Account Assistant

Control Air Enterprises LLC is looking for an experienced HVAC Account Assistant to join our Service Division at our headquarters in Anaheim, California.
HVAC Account Assistant will work full‑time (Monday through Friday) and is responsible for client relationships, preventative maintenance and project proposals, and supporting our existing client base. With 3+ years of HVAC experience, you will have a direct pathway to an Account Executive role, opening a clear career progression within our organization.

• Maintain and grow positive relationships with clients.
• Generate and understand HVAC preventative maintenance and project proposals using company software.
• Secure material costs and compile final proposals for all HVAC preventative maintenance and projects.
• Provide open line of communication with all accounts, especially key accounts.
• Support an existing client base through proactive engagement and effective solutions.
• Learn all software programs utilized in day‑to‑day business operations of the company.
• Work 1:1 with an Account Executive and collaborate to best serve our clients.
• Excel as a collaborative sales team member and as a proactive, self‑directed individual.

• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Computer proficiency in Windows, MS Office, Excel, Outlook.
• Good planner and critical thinker.
• Great team player with the ability to lead by example and a desire for growth.
