Key Responsibilities Operationalize existing AI governance policies, standards, and frameworks across the organization Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure governance requirements are integrated into AI development life cycles Track and report on governance program metrics, KPIs, and compliance status to senior leadership
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in GRC, audit, compliance, and regulatory Experience managing AI governance programs preferred Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA) preferred Understanding of how to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with AI technologies required
