Join our client’s dynamic technology team dedicated to creating best‑in‑class immersive digital experiences for premier vacation brands. We are responsible for delivering end‑to‑end digital and physical guest experiences across Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology to drive digital excellence for consumer‑facing web and mobile platforms.

This role focuses on supporting and evolving membership‑based programs from a digital perspective, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience across web and mobile applications. You will shape the roadmap, enhance functionality, and deliver innovative solutions that maximize member value and business impact, while also supporting day‑to‑day operational updates and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Partner Management
  • Cultivate relationships and lead partner expectations, scope, budget discussions, and project communications.
  • Ensure digital initiatives align with partner visions, goals, financial plans, and communication strategies.
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact and accountability for digital business needs.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities while managing multiple concurrent projects and work streams.
  • Build and lead business requirements, guiding partners through digital strategy implementation.
  • Collaborate with other Product Owners across product lines to support a streamlined guest experience.
Innovative Product Leadership
  • Translate marketing visions and digital strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and actionable work streams.
  • Develop project outlines including objectives, strategies, target audience, and execution considerations.
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Ensure timely, on‑budget, and on‑strategy delivery of marketing and operations‑related projects.
  • Lead feature development and backlog management; attend daily scrums to drive priorities and remove roadblocks.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved business, strategy, scope, and budget issues.
  • Create presentations to build advocacy for digital strategy with executive audiences and partners.
  • Support delivery and ongoing maintenance, including product build, content configuration, and uptime collaboration.
  • Develop effective working relationships with Creative, Media, Copy, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Communicate strategic direction changes or priority shifts to ensure alignment with business goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in digital product management roles involving marketing, brand strategy, technology (web & mobile), and digital strategy.
  • 3+ years of experience in business, agency work, and/or digital environments.
  • Proven ability to evolve and scale digital products, with experience driving continuous improvement for membership programs through data‑driven enhancements.
  • Strong leadership skills across multiple teams with a collaborative approach to delivering quality results.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
  • Proficient in managing technical, user, and business challenges in a fast‑paced digital organization.
  • Experience with tools and processes supporting go‑to‑market delivery, content/data configuration, and service integration.
  • Advanced experience with complex content management systems for websites and mobile apps (including daily updates, new page builds, and troubleshooting).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to support decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to navigate and influence within large matrix organizations.
  • Experience with iOS/Android release lifecycle.
