Overview

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to drive strategic decision‑making. This role focuses heavily on performance measurement, reporting, and insights across all digital marketing channels to optimize ROI and growth.

Qualifications
  • Collect and analyze data from SEO, paid advertising, email campaigns, website analytics, CRM platforms, and sales channels.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports.
  • Track and evaluate KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, CTR, engagement, and ROI.
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.
  • Support forecasting, goal setting, and campaign evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager, and Development teams to optimize campaigns and website marketing performance.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or performance analysis.
  • Experience with SEO, digital advertising, and attribution modeling preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and ad platforms.
  • Experience with dashboards, data visualization, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reports and dashboards.
  • Improvement in campaign ROI and conversion metrics.
  • Identification and implementation of data‑driven optimizations.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with insights and recommendations.
  • Contribution to achieving overall marketing performance goals.
Salary

Salary Range: $68,000 to $84,000.
