- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an HR administrative, coordinator, or generalist-support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Serve as a primary contact for employees and applicants, responding to HR inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding, including interview scheduling, background checks, new hire paperwork, I‑9 processing, and welcome communications.
- Support payroll preparation by sending timesheet reminders, reconciling data, and assisting with overtime and PTO discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with offboarding by conducting exit interviews and managing equipment returns and communications.
- Prepare and distribute internal HR communications, including onboarding materials and employee engagement updates.
- Oversee corporate office operations, ordering supplies, coordinating logistics, and supporting vendor relationships.
- Plan and coordinate recurring in-office and employee engagement activities, such as lunches and company events.
- Partner with leadership on administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects as needed.
