Job Title:
Human Resources Bilingual Spanish

Pay Range$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr (range provided by Ajulia Executive Search; actual pay depends on skills and experience)
Job Responsibilities- Workers' compensation reporting
- File management and background verifications
- Design and manage local policies in line with national legislation
- Post and monitor open positions on recruiting websites
- Administer onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Develop and maintain talent management processes
- Stay updated on federal and state employment laws
- Respond to HR-related inquiries
- Conduct benefit review meetings
- Manage applications, responses, and pre-screening processes
- Conduct reference checks and prepare hiring paperwork
- Order drug tests and complete I-9 verifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
- Knowledge of employment and wage laws
- Experience with payroll processing
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and terminations
- Understanding of labor laws
- Strong HR practices, policies, and procedures knowledge
- Understanding of organizational development, compensation, staffing, training, performance management, and employee & labor relations
- Knowledge of medical and vision insurance, and paid time off
