Hilton Anaheim, a newly renovated hotel with 1,574 rooms located in the heart of Orange County near the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland Resort, is searching for a Front Desk Manager to join our team. Salary

The yearly salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000

Responsibilities
  • Manage all Front Office operations, including guest service and registration, room inventory, guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, policy enforcement, and meetings.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
  • Monitor service and satisfaction trends; evaluate and address issues to improve guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with Company standards.
  • Meet and greet guests, respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely, friendly manner, resolving concerns.
  • Initiate and implement up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize room occupancy and revenue.
  • Ensure team members are current on hotel products, services, pricing, policies, and local events.
  • Complete audit procedures as needed.
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members.
Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of front office management experience.
  • Proficiency with On‑Q and schedule flexibility.
  • Demonstrated hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency values.
