Lead ABA Therapist / Lead Behavior Technician – Behavior One Autism Solutions

Salary: $25.00-$27.00 Hourly

Estimated hours:
Part-time or Full-time positions available with 10+ hours per week with availability after 12pm preferred.

Experience:

2+ years of experience as a Behavior Technician or a similar position in ABA is required.

Depending on tentative caseloads, potential locations of operation for Behavior Technicians may be within a 15-20 mile radius from the listing location.

Behavior One Autism Solutions has the following hours of operation for clinical services:

• Mondays-Sundays 8:00am-8:00pm (Session times are based on employee's availability)

• Lead ABA Therapist / Lead Behavior Technician role with quality and individualized ABA services.
• Provide 1:1 ABA interventions (e.g., DTT, PECS, NET, PRT) to children with special needs in home and community settings.
• Collect accurate and reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors daily.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication with families and clients.
• Assist with training new hires and facilitate positive job shadowing experiences.
• Travel to various locations as needed to support clients.

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Experience implementing ABA interventions (e.g., DTT, PECS, NET, PRT) in 1:1 settings.
• Ability to collect and record data accurately; follow ethical standards for behavioral modification.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, families, and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
• Ability to provide evidence of negative TB test results and pass FBI & DOJ Live Scan background checks.
• Ability to travel to various locations daily.
