Job Overview

The Manager, Social Services, works closely with social services staff to coordinate services for patients according to hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines. The position ensures services meet the psychosocial needs of the patient at the appropriate level of care, provides mental‑health expertise, and engages in community outreach, networking, and liaison with community programs. The role also applies hospital policies and procedures correctly.

• MSW degree from an accredited school.
• Management experience preferred.
• At least two years acute or related medical‑care experience.
• LCSW required.
• Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
