Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies for children with autism spectrum disorders. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision to ensure high-quality services and client progress. Responsibilities include supervising client cases, providing direct services, conducting assessments, and mentoring clinical staff.

• Maintain minimum billable hours of 25 hours/week
• Supervise Program Managers and staff for quality and compliance
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to staff and RBTs
• Participate in IEP and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed

• Strong ABA and clinical skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Bellflower, Lakewood, Norwalk, Cerritos, Cypress, Buena Park, Fullerton, Anaheim, Garden Grove, Orange, Yorba Linda, and surrounding areas.
