Must have Active CPA.
- Manage and review complex federal, multi-state, and international tax returns across corporate, partnership, individual, and nonprofit entities
- Lead and mentor staff, oversee engagement workflow, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Conduct advanced tax research, develop planning strategies, and present solutions directly to clients
- Maintain strong client relationships while managing all aspects of project execution and communication
- Stay current on evolving tax laws and drive continuous improvement in processes, technology, and staff training
