Senior Pricing Analyst

Location: Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Target compensation: $100,000 - $140,000

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst to support the Sales team by developing and maintaining competitive pricing strategies. The role involves reviewing quotes, analyzing data, and supporting pricing decisions that align with overall business goals.

• Review incoming requests and provide clear, accurate pricing information
• Monitor performance of submitted quotes and identify ways to improve results
• Suggest process improvements that increase speed, accuracy, or efficiency
• Contribute to proposals and client submissions when needed
• Assess how price changes may affect sales outcomes and customer behavior
• Work with internal teams to gather cost inputs and ensure accuracy of all pricing elements
• Analyze profitability across different products, clients, or channels
• Ensure pricing follows internal guidelines and supports company targets
• Keep pricing tools, templates, and data organized and up to date
• Use historical and current data to support pricing decisions
• Build and maintain models and dashboards to support decision-making
• Provide reports for leadership that highlight trends, insights, and recommendations
• Stay aware of market conditions and competitor activity

• 5+ years of experience in pricing, quoting, financial analysis, or a related function
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or another analytical field
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large or complex datasets
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
