Job Description
Pay Range: $57.69/hr - $64.90/hr
Essential Functions- Lead the development of technical documentation supporting engineering solutions, including architectural drawings, detailed design specifications, implementation instructions, test procedures, and test reports.
- Lead small teams to complete tasks on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with team members and internal and external stakeholders.
- Work under general supervision to set objectives.
- Assist in engineering system development tasks, including system requirements analysis, system architecture and design, preliminary design, critical design, system integration, formal verification, formal validation, and fielding support.
- Assist in performing requirements analysis using DOORS, UML, Model-Based Systems Engineering (SysML), and other systems engineering practices.
- Contribute to the completion of milestones and subsequent gate reviews.
- Assist in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and cost and risk analysis for total systems.
- Maintain standards compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Minimum of four years of prior related experience.
- Experience with system integration and testing.
- Strong verbal and written technical communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Proficiency in DOORS.
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Experience with Agile development.
