Are you ready to shape the future of advanced composite materials? We’re seeking a passionate and innovative Scientist to drive product development for next‑generation aerospace and defense applications.
Job Description- Lead development of next‑generation carbon fiber reinforced polymeric composites.
- Design and optimize materials for demanding aerospace and defense environments.
- Engage directly with customers to translate technical insights into real‑world solutions.
- PhD in Materials Science, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience in development of carbon fiber reinforced polymeric composites.
- Composite material science, including structure‑property relationships, processing, and advanced characterization techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non‑technical clientele.
- Collaborative mindset, creativity, and a drive to deliver innovative solutions.
- Must be a US Citizen, due to our adherence to ITAR Regulations.
Base salary range $125,000 - $150,000 per year.
In addition to the base salary, this role also includes bonus and other incentives.
6 weeks of PTO and company holidays.
