This full-time position offers the opportunity to serve an elementary school caseload within a dynamic school district. The role involves working alongside a team of experienced school psychologists, providing comprehensive psychological services to support student success from an elementary perspective. The contract spans the full current school year with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psycho educational assessments and testing for elementary students.
- Provide individual and group counseling addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop intervention strategies and support plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute psychological expertise.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district and legal guidelines.
- Credential and / or license to practice as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children.
- Ability to administer and interpret standardized psychological assessments.
- Strong counseling and consultation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with classroom interventions and special education processes is preferred.
