SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
This recruitment will remain active for a period of one year, from the position opening date. If there is no longer a need to fill, the position may be closed sooner, and applicants will be notified.
This is a continuous recruitment to fill part‑time and temporary faculty assignments on an as‑needed basis. When the need to fill arises, the department will refer to this pool of part‑time faculty.

The candidate selected for employment will be required to provide the following: official transcripts and verification of experience prior to the first duty day, identification and employment eligibility as outlined in the Immigration Reform and Control Act, fingerprints and required medical certification pursuant to statute. NOCCCD will not sponsor any visa applications.

Students enroll in NOCE’s noncredit programs to enhance basic skills, gain employable skills, prepare for credit courses, and gain self‑sufficiency or enhance civic participation. NOCE’s noncredit programs include adult basic skills (high school diploma and literacy programs), English as a second language (ESL), U.S. citizenship, parenting, older adults, short‑term vocational, and programs for adults with disabilities.
In addition, NOCE offers a wide selection of community education courses such as Kids’ College, Teen Program, fitness, home decoration, business skills, and fine/applied arts. NOCE offers adults the opportunity to earn a high school diploma and nearly a dozen career education certificates. Tuition‑free noncredit career certificates include the areas of administrative professional, early childhood education, electrical technology, funeral service assistant, management, medical assistant, pharmacy technician, and quality assurance for medical devices.
