A leading construction firm located in California is seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate production-based cost estimates for demolition and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in estimating concrete cutting and demolition work, alongside strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include developing bid strategies, conducting quantity takeoffs, and interfacing with clients. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.

This is a fulltime role based on-site with a focus on competitive, compliant bids.
