Key Responsibilities Assess current construction workflows including estimating, scheduling, and change orders Identify and prioritize system requirements specific to a subcontractor environment Evaluate and recommend 1-2 construction project management/estimating platforms
Required Qualifications Hands-on experience selecting construction project management and/or estimating systems Background in construction operations, project management, or subcontractor environments
Experience with construction software such as Procore, Buildertrend, Stack Estimating, Plan Swift, or Bluebeam Experience training non-technical field teams Strong understanding of change order workflows and estimating processes
