Construction Project Scheduler – Education
Pay range: $160,000 - $180,000 per year (base). Additional benefits include 100% employee‑paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, holidays, and PTO.
Full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM PT; 40 hours per week. Travel < 30% within 25 miles of job sites. Start date ASAP. Sponsorship not available.
Responsibilities- Create, update, and maintain detailed project and program schedules.
- Review contractor baseline and monthly schedule updates for logic, accuracy, and compliance.
- Conduct QA/QC on schedules, including critical path and resource/cost loading reviews.
- Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and support schedule‑related negotiations.
- Analyze delays, evaluate entitlement, and provide schedule‑related recommendations.
- Conduct periodic site walks to validate progress and update schedules accordingly.
- Prepare concise schedule reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent use of schedule standards, coding structures, layouts, and reporting format.
- 6+ years of construction project scheduling experience.
- Experience with public works or educational facility projects.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6.
