Construction Project Manager

Base pay range: $110,000 - $160,000 per year.

Full benefits, 401k. Auto allowance: $6,000 per year.

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including conception, definition, execution, and closure, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication, timely resolution of issues, and efficient progress of work.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, and monitor progress against these plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and take corrective action as necessary.
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that all purchases are made in a timely manner and within budget.
• Prepare and present regular project reports, providing updates on progress, issues, and solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on framing/drywall.
• Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and development to execution and completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
