Landscape Construction Superintendent

About the Role

Are you a results-driven construction professional ready to take ownership of high-impact projects? We’re looking for a Landscape Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple landscape and hardscape construction projects from start to finish. In this leadership role, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects — labor, materials, scheduling, and client coordination

  • Manage and lead on-site crews and subcontractors

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards

  • Review blueprints, scope of work, and budgets

  • Track and report project progress, profitability, and KPIs

  • Conduct regular job site inspections and quality control

  • Collaborate with sales/design teams and resolve technical challenges

  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate team members

  • Operate light construction equipment as needed (e.g., skid steers, trenchers)

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, landscaping, or hardscaping

  • Proven track record managing crews, schedules, and budgets

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean background

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Must sign confidentiality and non-solicitation agreement

  • Full-time role with a 3-month introductory period
