The Price & Compliance Analyst plays a critical role within the Finance & Compliance department by supporting pricing and regulatory obligations associated with aerospace and defense contracts. This position ensures full adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), ITAR, EAR regulations, and commerciality principles as applied to government contracts. The Analyst collaborates across quoting, contracts, and program management teams to provide accurate, compliant pricing data and support documentation, while maintaining Cristek’s compliance posture and enabling efficient quoting experiences.

• Lead the execution and documentation of TINA compliance activities.
• Ensure pricing proposals adhere to FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR guidelines and commercial item determinations.
• Provide real‑time compliance analysis and support during the quoting process for aerospace and defense projects.
• Develop and maintain reports on pricing compliance, risk analysis, and audit readiness.
• Conduct lifecycle cost analysis and support expenditure planning for contracts.
• Partner with Contracts, Program Management, and Engineering teams to support government and commercial quote development.
• Serve as a subject‑matter resource for evolving commerciality and regulatory interpretations.
• Support internal audits and external reviews from government agencies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to pricing compliance and proposal accuracy.
• Track and implement changes in FAR, DFARS, and customer‑specific compliance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Small Business subcontracting goals and reporting requirements per FAR and DFARS guidelines.

• In‑depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and TINA compliance practices.
• Experience with aerospace and defense contract pricing principles.
• Strong commercial item determination and commerciality standards.
• Familiarity with proposal and quoting processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems such as Deltek Costpoint, Oracle, Cognos, ProCIM, and Sage 100.
• Understanding of AS9100 and IPC compliance standards.
• Ability to analyze complex pricing data and assess regulatory risks.
• Competence in preparing, evaluating, and justifying estimates and lifecycle cost estimates.
• Excellent communication skills across departments to support negotiation processes.
• Preparation of accurate and comprehensive compliance documentation.
• Adaptability to regulatory guidance and contractual term changes.
• Proficiency with Excel and related financial modeling tools.

• Experience applying FAR Part 12 principles for commercial item determinations.
• Familiarity with DoD Commercial Item Handbook and DCMA Commercial Item Group guidance.
• Understanding of market research methodologies for commercial pricing or product characteristics.
• Prior engagement in negotiations involving commerciality status assertions.
• Exposure to dual‑use product strategies and integration of commercial/defense contracting practices.
• Involvement in developing internal policies or templates for commerciality reviews and proposal consistency.
• Familiarity with FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition) and Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) and their interactions with commercial procurement frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably in Finance.
• Minimum of 2‑4 years of related experience in pricing and compliance within a government contracting environment, preferably in aerospace and defense.
• Experience analyzing RFQs/RFPs, supporting negotiations, and preparing audit‑ready proposals.
