We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who thrives on closing deals and is ready to drive explosive growth in our security services business. This position may be remote and involves regional and national travel. Candidates in the Anaheim and San Diego, CA area are preferred.

What You Bring
  • Active Interim Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance).
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3–5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • A willingness to travel nationally as leads and opportunities dictate.
  • Strong sales and prospecting skills with a results‑driven mindset.
  • CRM discipline and pipeline management.
  • Confidence with in‑person or digital presentations.
  • An understanding of business cost structure, income statements, and pricing strategy.
  • Wage analysis and competitive pricing experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills in data analysis/reporting.
  • Strong business writing and bid response preparation.
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies.
