Operations Coordinator - Service/Repair (Anaheim)
Join TK Elevator as an experienced Operations Coordinator in Anaheim, CA.
Responsibilities- Generate proposals for code compliance and state work.
- Coordinate work with branch service superintendent, repair manager, and service technician.
- Communicate with customers regarding items to be completed by the customer and those the company will complete.
- Process all preliminary orders; ensure mechanics receive copies; send letters and proposals as needed.
- Maintain records of work progress.
- Send letters of compliance to the state and customers when the company’s portion of the work is completed; file records.
- Research and respond to inquiries about permits, preliminary orders, and testing.
- Work with regional repair coordinators; provide completed booking packages.
- Pull permits and schedule vendors (drilling, cab, phones, etc.).
- Follow up with customers prior to billing to verify completed work and billing details.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED; one-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three to six months related experience and/or training.
- Ability to use laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or cell phone as needed.
- Previous elevator experience.
- Budget-conscious.
- System database knowledge.
- Salary: $27.00-$35.00 per hour with annual bonus 0%-8%.
