Operations Coordinator - Service/Repair (Anaheim)

Join TK Elevator as an experienced Operations Coordinator in Anaheim, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Generate proposals for code compliance and state work.
  • Coordinate work with branch service superintendent, repair manager, and service technician.
  • Communicate with customers regarding items to be completed by the customer and those the company will complete.
  • Process all preliminary orders; ensure mechanics receive copies; send letters and proposals as needed.
  • Maintain records of work progress.
  • Send letters of compliance to the state and customers when the company’s portion of the work is completed; file records.
  • Research and respond to inquiries about permits, preliminary orders, and testing.
  • Work with regional repair coordinators; provide completed booking packages.
  • Pull permits and schedule vendors (drilling, cab, phones, etc.).
  • Follow up with customers prior to billing to verify completed work and billing details.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; one-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three to six months related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to use laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or cell phone as needed.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous elevator experience.
  • Budget-conscious.
  • System database knowledge.
