The Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a hybrid role that blends customer service, sales, and basic vehicle servicing. The SST exchanges between front‑end customer interactions and back‑end vehicle service tasks, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient store operations. This role provides a pipeline for future career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

• Customer service, sales, and issue resolution – 75%
• Basic vehicle service tasks (oil changes, tire service, fluid checks) – 25%
• Store operations support (opening/closing, inventory, displays) – as needed
• Assist manager or act as Manager‑On‑Duty when required, supporting career development
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front‑end/customer service and back‑end vehicle tasks

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid automobile driver's license
• Strong customer‑service orientation and growth mindset
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks
• Ability to learn and operate store systems

• Two‑year degree or equivalent non‑traditional education, training, certification, or other growth‑oriented credentials
• Previous consumer retail sales experience
• Previous automotive experience (a plus)
• Previous management or supervisory experience (a plus)
