What You’ll Do- Review, verify, and process loan applications with accuracy and urgency
- Communicate with applicants to collect required documentation and guide them through the funding process
- Ensure all stipulations and supporting documents are complete, valid, and compliant
- Prepare loan documents and funding packages in a timely manner
- Maintain organized, up-to-date loan files within internal systems
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth, efficient funding workflows
- 1+ year of experience in an office, finance, lending, or customer service environment (preferred)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
