What You’ll Do
  • Review, verify, and process loan applications with accuracy and urgency
  • Communicate with applicants to collect required documentation and guide them through the funding process
  • Ensure all stipulations and supporting documents are complete, valid, and compliant
  • Prepare loan documents and funding packages in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date loan files within internal systems
  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth, efficient funding workflows
What You Bring
  • 1+ year of experience in an office, finance, lending, or customer service environment (preferred)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
