We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for the team.
Responsibilities- Assist the administrator in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and directing the day to day functions of the facility, in an administrative capacity.
- Assist with Receptionist duties
- Assist the HR director and department directors in administrative requests
- Assist with Family visits
- Assist with Admission department
- Organize files, prepare correspondence, generates reports.
- Schedules interviews, assists with onboarding, new hire paperwork.
- Assist with payroll and schedules as needed.
- Can do attitude
- Strong computer aptitude, especially with excel
- Detail oriented
- 6 months as an administrative assistant
- 6 months working in the healthcare field
