This is a 3+ month temporary role with a strong chance of converting to a permanent position. About the RoleThe Accounts Payable Clerk will handle full-cycle accounts payable and ensure accurate processing of invoices and vendor records.
Responsibilities- Handle full-cycle accounts payable
- Match and process PO and non-PO invoices
- Prepare and assist with weekly check runs
- Maintain vendor records and accounts
- Research and resolve vendor issues and discrepancies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of full-cycle AP experience
- Experience with 3-way matching
- High attention to detail and accuracy
