Non-Equity Tax Partner w/ Top #200 National CPA Firm - Anaheim, CA (Hybrid)
Our client is a Top 200 CPA Firm who are performing a targeted search for a Non-Equity Tax Partner to join their team at their headquarters in Anaheim, CA on a Hybrid Schedule. While this is a non-equity position to start, the firm offers a clear path to equity partnership with plans to put this individual on that course immediately.
- Base Salary: $300K–$400K + Bonus (Negotiable)
- Bonus:
Negotiable year-end bonus - Immediate path toward Equity Partnership
- 401K:
Profit Sharing (up to 3%) - PTO: 4 Weeks
- Lead strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements
- Serve as a generalist across individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust taxation
- Review complex tax returns and provide technical guidance
- Drive business development and expand market presence
Manufacturing & Distribution, Real Estate, Agriculture, Construction, Retail, Non-Profit, Trusts & Estates, Pass-through Entities, High-Net-Worth Individuals
Qualifications:- CPA or JD required
- 10+ years of public accounting experience (Big 4, national, or large regional firm preferred)
- Proven success in business development and client growth
- Long-term commitment to partnership
