Base pay range: $120,000–$140,000 per year.

- Must have an active CPA license.
- Manage and review complex federal, multi‑state, and international tax returns across corporate, partnership, individual, and nonprofit entities.
- Lead and mentor staff, oversee engagement workflow, and ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
- Conduct advanced tax research, develop planning strategies, and present solutions directly to clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships while managing all aspects of project execution and communication.
- Stay current on evolving tax laws and drive continuous improvement in processes, technology, and staff training.
