Accountant, Financial Reporting, Senior Accountant

Language Requirement: Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English

We are looking for a seasoned Accountant who is bilingual in Mandarin to assist with month‑end closed functions such as reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, and etc.

Responsibilities:

• Support General Ledger and Month End Closing
• Handle Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collection
• Financial Reporting and Financial Analysis
• Inventory Reconciliation and Manage Fixed Assets
• Handle Bank Reconciliation and Credit Card Reconciliation
• Prepare Sales and Use Tax Filing, Calculate Sales Commissions
• Assist Senior Accountant with Cost Schedules, Account Analysis, etc.
• Internal Audit and Coordinate with External Auditors on various auditing needs

Minimum Requirements:

• Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Advanced working knowledge of accounting software and EPR System
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with complex issues
