Accounts Receivable / Contract Billing Specialist
Pay range: $27.00/hr - $33.00/hr
Temporary covering maternity leave.
Our Construction Client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage accounts receivable and contract billing within the HVAC/construction industry. This role involves full-cycle AR, including Schedule of Values (SOV) billing, AIA applications, and progress invoicing. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process contract and progress billings.
- Manage SOV and AIA documentation for projects.
- Maintain AR records and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing issues.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and documentation requirements.
- Process lien releases, including conditional and unconditional waivers.
- 2+ years of AR and contract billing experience, including SOV/AIA formats.
- HVAC or construction industry experience required.
- Proficiency with accounting/project management software and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
