As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, report hazards and/or unusual activity, and deliver clear communication and customer service to site teams and visitors.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location policies, and post orders, and by supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to alarms, reports of suspicious activity, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, then notify site contacts and/or public responders as required.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, tank farms, docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify hazards and/or unusual conditions.

+ Control access at designated points by verifying credentials, directing traffic and/or deliveries, and monitoring gates, doors, and restricted areas in accordance with location requirements.

+ Complete required security-related documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift pass-downs, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
