Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical facility disturbances, access concerns, and requests for assistance;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter zones;
Monitor access points and common areas, help to deter unauthorized entry, and report unusual activity according to post orders and/or client requirements;
Complete detailed reports and logs, communicate observations to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed
