Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities as directed;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of process areas, administrative areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry points and control access for employees, contractors, and deliveries using approved verification methods and visitor protocols;
Complete timely reports and log entries for patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and designated site representatives
