** Responsibilities:**
* ** Assess and treat
** adult patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
* ** Develop personalized care plans
** based on patient goals and medical needs
* ** Provide therapeutic exercises
** and interventions for conditions like arthritis, balance issues, and post-surgery recovery
* ** Educate patients and caregivers
** on home exercises and strategies to maintain independence
* ** Collaborate with healthcare teams
** to ensure coordinated care
* ** Monitor progress
** and adjust treatments to optimize outcomes

* Qualifications:

*** Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience as a licensed PT, preferably home health
* Current Washington PT license
* Current BLS certification
* Dependable, insured vehicle
