Overview
Team Kelli Lang RE/MAX Gateway is hiring a Sales Manager & Administrative Support professional to join our team full-time in our Anacortes office. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who enjoys structure, accountability, and helping a sales team perform at a high level. You will be a central support system for our agents and leadership—keeping people organized, tracking performance, improving systems, and ensuring clients receive five-star service from start to finish.
This is not a passive admin role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, manage competing priorities, and take initiative when something needs attention. You should be comfortable with problem-solving, improving processes, and helping remove obstacles so the sales team can focus on serving clients and closing deals.

Position DetailsIn‑office position only
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Location: Anacortes, WA
Compensation: $25 hourly
