PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP

As an intern within the sustainability team you help in ensuring the adequacy, effectiveness, and accuracy of the non-financial reporting process. You will provide support with the collection & structuring of environmental data.

At Rituals sustainability and impact is one of the strategic pillars for the brand. It is our role to translate societal developments into concrete strategy for the business.

Next to working together with the other sustainability team members, in your role you will work closely with the innovation, sourcing, quality & regulatory and internal control department.

YOUR ROLE

You will be reporting to the Senior Sustainability Manager and together will interact with local and middle management in the business. Your main focus will be to support the sustainability team in collecting, analyzing and structuring environmental data. Based on this work the sustainability team develops Rituals' global sustainability strategy. You will gain insight into various areas of the business by learning about the processes, communicating with various stakeholders, and through the internship challenge.

At Rituals we have additional dedicated sustainability capacity within the business (f.e. in logistics and store design). The bigger team consists of around 20 people.

* Build communication materials that explain strategy

* You will support on getting Rituals CSRD-ready & B Corp certified

* You will participate in the internship challenge
