St. Mary s Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our expanding surgical team. This non-call role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia services across a variety of surgical specialties. This position provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with a team of experienced surgeons, nurses, and support staff while practicing in a well-equipped, modern facility.

Position Highlights:

• Non-call, Monday Friday, Days
• Hospital-employed role with competitive compensation.
• Diverse caseload covering general, orthopedic, and obstetric surgery.
• Supportive anesthesia team including CRNAs and fellow physicians.
• State-of-the-art operating rooms with advanced technology and monitoring systems.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary - $450K - $485K (commensurate with experience)
• Competitive compensation package, including base salary + sign-on bonus and performance incentives.
