Tasks

• Conduct manual sorting and scanning of parcels, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to meet operational deadlines.
• Oversee daily activities in the distribution center, ensuring efficient and smooth execution of tasks.
• Support on-site logistics operations by assisting in organizing transfer batches and optimizing workflow for operational efficiency.
• Aid in identifying and resolving operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or shipment delays to reduce risks and costs.
• Maintain effective communication with colleagues and external contractors to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational standards.

• Work Schedule:
  
  Full-time (40 hours per week), with shifts across five days, including weekend rotations.
• Physical Nature of Work:
  This role involves physical activity, including lifting, moving, sorting, and scanning parcels. Candidates should be prepared for manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
