We are TRIB3; we bring people together worldwide through next-level workout experiences. We do this through our family of workout studios, our global team of employees & franchise partners, and our community of workout warriors. Every member of the TRIB3 family plays a vital role in our mission to create a global fitness movement.

We are looking for likeminded, driven individuals with a passion for fitness to join our team on a self-employed basis. TheTRIB3 Coachis responsible for delivering next-level workout experiences within the store. Experience delivering group exercise classes is preferred but not essential. Great communication, energy and focus are a must.

As a TRIB3 Coach you will be responsible for the following:

Delivering The TRIB3 Workout

Deliver our next-level workout experience, reinforcing TRIB3’s ideology of Prepare, Sweat, Recover in each workout. As a coach, you are expected to:

• Cue and correcting technique including coaching points and personal engagement
• Connect with TRIB3
  
  Rs before, during and after the workout
• Create a fun and safe environment for TRIB3
  
  Rs.
• Deliver The Workout with confidence and energy – TRIB3
  
  Rs should leave the store feeling they have had a next-level workout experience.

All coaches will undertake an onboarding training consisting of both e-learning and face-to-face training to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to deliver and maintain the standards of The TRIB3 Workout.

Act as a TRIB3 ambassador by promoting TRIB3, your TRIB3 classes and building your own personal following. Represent TRIB3’s values and mission to create a global fitness movement.

• Desired minimum of level 2 group exercise or personal training qualification is a must
• Strong understanding of HIIT training, resistance-based training, and the benefits.
• Experience delivering group fitness classes or come from a performing arts background (preferred, not essential).
• Ability to write basic fitness programmes.
• Awareness of boutique fitness and the differences from traditional gyms and fitness clubs.

• Punctual with excellent time management skills
• Ability to foster strong relationships and engage with people from all backgrounds and demographics.
• Must speak fluent English.
