Een zorgorganisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een ambulant ondersteunend begeleider om gezinnen te ondersteunen met volwassen cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. Je helpt hen om in hun vertrouwde omgeving te blijven wonen, en voert taken uit zoals ADL-ondersteuning en deelnemen aan activiteiten. Flexibiliteit in dienstrooster is vereist, inclusief avonden en weekenden. Dit is een unieke kans om écht een verschil te maken in het leven van deze gezinnen.
