Een sociale organisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een ondersteunend begeleider voor de Flexpool. Je gaat werken met deelnemers met psychische kwetsbaarheden in Zuid-Limburg. Je bouwt persoonlijke relaties op, ondersteunt bij dagelijkse taken en hebt de mogelijkheid om je werkuren zelf in te richten via een online systeem. Ervaring met complexe doelgroepen is gewenst en er zijn mogelijkheden voor contractverlenging na de zomerperiode.
