Een organisatie voor jeugdhulp zoekt een Ambulant Hulpverlener in Amsterdam om jongeren en gezinnen met complexe problemen te ondersteunen. Je werkt intensief samen met een multidisciplinair team en richt je op het verbeteren van de ontwikkeling van jongeren. Ervaring binnen de forensische jeugdhulp is vereist, evenals flexibiliteit en goede rapportagevaardigheden. Dit is een uitdagende rol voor iemand die betrokken is en verder wil helpen.
