Een zorgorganisatie in Den Haag zoekt een gepassioneerde hulpverlener voor het Housing First-programma. Je helpt kwetsbare mensen door een vertrouwensrelatie op te bouwen en hen te ondersteunen in hun herstelproces. Dit draait niet om traditionele hulpverlening, maar om authentieke, gelijkwaardige contacten. Met een HBO-diploma in Sociale wetenschappen en de nodige levenservaring heb je de kans om echt impact te maken in het leven van mensen die hulp nodig hebben.
Contract voor 12 maanden met mogelijkheden tot verlenging.
