Een zorgorganisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een persoonlijk begeleider voor kwetsbare jongeren. Je biedt intensieve begeleiding bij woon- en sociale vaardigheden en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor hulpverleners. Deze rol vereist communicatieve vaardigheden, empathie en proactiviteit. Je hebt een MBO-opleiding in zorg of welzijn en ervaring in een vergelijkbare omgeving. Het salaris bedraagt tussen de € 3.194,- en € 4.681,- bruto per maand, exclusief toeslagen.
Een uitdagende functie met een jaarcontract en uitzicht op verlenging.
