Een professionele organisatie in de jeugdzorg is op zoek naar een ervaren ambulant hulpverlener voor Project Aan Huis in Amsterdam. De rol vereist minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen de GGZ of jeugdzorg en richt zich op het ondersteunen van gezinnen met jonge kinderen. De verantwoordelijkheden omvatten ouderbegeleiding, gezinsbehandeling en casemanagement. Naast een jaarcontract zijn er aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden inclusief een salaris in FWG 45/55 en een breed aanbod voor professionele ontwikkeling.
